I just found out the dates that my interview will be on TV.
It's on Channel 10 KTNW Sunday, December 6, at 10am and 2pm, Wednesday, December 16, at 11:30pm and Saturday, December 26, at 9:30pm.
It will also be shown in the Spokane/Palouse area on KWSU Monday December 21, at 10:30pm and Tuesday, December 22, at 6:30pm and 2:30am.
These are not the best of times but you can tape it so you can watch it when you have time.

The Cookbook
It all started with finding out our little boy was allergic to milk, eggs, wheat and peanuts. Then we found out he would get sick just being around different foods...even if they were being cooked. So, I first searched for recipes that our whole family would enjoy and they were not very good tasting. So, I decided I had to create recipes that I knew I could tolerate along with my family. It has been fun and all those without allergies that I have tested the food on can't even tell that anything is missing!
