Yippee!! I am so close to getting a copy of my new cookbook! If anyone would like to get a copy from me let me know by Friday December 3rd and you can get it soon too!

My new cookbook is coming out real soon! My publisher sent me a copy of the cover and here it is! Doesn't it look great! The cookbook can be pre-ordered on Amazon.com and they are suppose to be out in the stores around December 8th.

My friend Jenne Kissell was my photographer and she did an amaaaazing job! It was a lot of fun and a lot of hard work, but it was so worth it! I just love all the pictures.

Here are some more samples of some of the pages. Notice it is a hardback and spiral bound cookbook. Both things that I totally love in a cookbook! Not only does the food look good but it tastes good too!

Exciting News!

Ok, sorry I am sure you have been waiting but I finally got the go ahead to let the word out!
So, here it goes...
My cookbook is in the middle of editing, and will be published by the end of the year! A year ago my cookbook came out and I had it self published. Now, it has been picked up by a publisher and I am very excited! It will be totally new and improved! With lots of fun info and tips in the front and the best part... it will be in COLOR and with awesome photos of the foods! I had a good friend take the pictures and they are amazing! Maybe I will have to give you a sneak peek....I will keep you updated as it moves along.

OK, so here is a great bargain if you have a Yoke's store near you. I went there today and went only for the Enjoy Life chocolate chips and as I grabbed a package my son noticed a coupon attached and said "Mom cool, it says save a $1.00 now". I looked and was so excited so I grabbed more! (Don't worry, I left some for you too!) If you haven't tried these, they are the best, and you can't tell they are dairy free! I use them in my cookbook in quite a few recipes and we love them!

Where oh where have you been?

I know that is what you have been thinking! I just need to set a goal for myself to post at least once a week, then I won't feel too overwhelmed! :)
But, a lot has been going on in our lives, so now I am here again and ready to blog, blog and blog!
