Write an email to friends/family, blog post or post on Facebook about my blog and Cookbook, and I'll enter your name into a drawing for a chance to win a free Cookbook!
You can enter as many times as you'd like by emailing, blogging and facebooking about the blog and cookbook. Each time you email, blog or post a FB, please include the following link to my website...

Feel free to include a picture of the cookbook cover and any comments you think would help spread the word and get people excited about it!
Then send me an email at theallergyfreefamily@yahoo.com with the link to your blog or fb and if you send an email just cc me on it. Include your name and address in your email to me so you can be entered into the drawing. The contest ends June 19th(one month), and you'll win the cookbook if your name is drawn! If you already have a cookbook give it away for a present! Anyone who wants to help spread the word is welcome!
(Oh and I will be drawing a winner every Saturday from now until June 19th, so get started!)
